Offered to any Mom who has delivered or will deliver between January 1 and December 31, 2013. Sign up today for the Moms' Shower..it is easy to do!
If you wish to attend, you must pre-register for this event.
You can click the link below, print the registration form and mail it in. Or, you can pick up a registration form in your doctor's office, Community agency, or at the Uniontown Hospital Family Beginnings Birthing Center.
Unfortunately, NO guests are permitted.
Only Breast Feeding infants under the age of 6 months will be admitted with you.
You must bring photo ID with you.
